This is advanced professional and supervisory work with technical and administrative responsibility in analyzing, understanding, planning, and preparing for the effects of sea level rise in the City of Miami.   An incumbent should possess strong research, organizational, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving & communication skills, and be able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively. Reports to the Chief Resilience Officer (CRO), or designee, and will be the lead staff person within the Office of Resilience and Sustainability responsible for the coordination and implementation of the City's resilience strategy related to addressing increased flooding risks associated with sea level rise.
