My core research interests lie at distributed watershed hydrologic modeling and Uncertainty analysis, surface and groundwater interactions modeling, remote sensing applications in hydrology and land cover change detection, analysis of statistical and dynamical downscaling methods for better prediction of climate change effect; Coupling between upland watershed models and hydrodynamic models for better prediction of lake hydrodynamic and water quality and so on. My primary teaching expertise lies in watershed management, hydrological processes, modeling of hydrological processes, impact of climate change, Information and modeling Systems for Land and Water Resources, GIS and Remote sening applications in Hydrology.
